Play levels
THE DESCRIPTION OF TWO PLAY LEVELS WITH RE-IMPACT
The strongest layer is aimed diagonally. A diagonal has the special quality to become side-wrong by rotation. If this runs in the 1st play level on both sides immediately from the right top to the left below, the incoming table-tennis ball jumps up also diagonally against the wooden grain on the paddle sheet, because the table-tennis ball can hit the competition or table tennis paddle because of our winding arm guidance = Wrist 45 °, forearm 90 ° and whole arm 180 ° always only diagonally. The table-tennis ball arises always only in diagonal flight path on our paddle wood, while an optimum play guidance of the ball with a short or long arm technique requires and admit clearly shorter movements with differently quick reactions. The optimal arm movement can be led, according to technique, always only a half as long from the respective play corner if one assumes from the fact that the compared paddle woods are of the same sheet strength is and the current match balls must be played forward in the drive effect! Otherwise the necessary pressure point would starve or blow up before the ball hits, for example, from a sidelong controlled movement, if we want to give enough speed to the ball. However, exactly this has become a very determining technique deficit with many players because they still play from a sidelong controlled play movement on the ball and because of that only one sufficient block counter movement; nevertheless, because of the mostly missing pressure point behaviour causes a lack of an optimum ball treatment to the topspin. Therefore we had the idea already in 2002 to arrange the main layer in the wood diagonally to be able to generate a clearly higher speed behaviour of the match ball with active wood from short movements whose side effects generate equally both play levels or enlarges with Re-Impact paddles the sweetspot.
