How do I choose the right table-tennis blade for my playing style?
The right blade depends on your level and style (e.g., offensive, all-round, defensive). Beginners do well with balanced blades; advanced players benefit from specifically tuned constructions. Not sure? We’ll advise you personally and recommend a blade that matches your technique as well as your speed and spin requirements.
Can I customize my blade (handle, wood, rubbers, etc.)?
Yes. You can customize the handle (shape, size, weight), wood composition, and rubbers. On request, we’ll craft the handle to your hand measurements for maximum control and comfort. Details on options can be found on the respective product pages. We’re happy to help with selection.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your order status:
- In stock (finished/semi-finished): Ships within up to 7 business days after payment.
- Made to order (not in stock): Usually ships after 12 to 14 days.
- Custom build: Production time up to 18 days.
After dispatch, your parcel in Germany usually arrives within max. 2 business days. Internationally we offer Express/Premium/Priority; delivery is usually 2 to 6 days after shipping.
What does “purchase on approval” mean?
You can test your custom competition blade for 14 days after receipt. If it doesn’t meet your guaranteed playing requirements, you can convert the purchase within this period: we charge a €10 handling fee plus shipping costs. Please use edge tape during the trial; damage from improper use is excluded. If you only unpack the blade and don’t play with it, you can return it within two weeks free of charge using a return label.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll take the blade back and refund the full purchase price.
