1. Shipping Costs
Free shipping within Germany:
From an order value of 99,- Euros, we will cover the standard shipping costs for deliveries within Germany for you.

The applicable shipping costs will be clearly shown to you in the shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order.
2. Delivery Times
Regular delivery time:
The regular delivery time for standard shipping is up to 20 working days after receipt of payment. We always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Extension of delivery time:
- International deliveries: For deliveries abroad, the delivery time may be extended due to customs clearance processes. We ask for your understanding in this regard. You can find more information on customs regulations, for example, in the customs information provided by your shipping service provider.
- Custom-made items: For custom-made items, the delivery time may be additionally extended. We will inform you separately about the estimated delivery time for your individual order.
3. Transfer of Risk
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods, even in the case of a mail-order purchase, only passes to you as the buyer upon handover of the goods to you. This means we bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transport until they are delivered to you.
4. International Deliveries / Customs
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (EU), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These costs are not included in our shipping costs and are to be borne by you. The amount of these charges depends on the import regulations of the respective delivery country. Please inform yourself about this in advance from your competent customs authority.
5. Shipping Service Provider
We generally ship our goods with DHL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if provided by the service provider), with which you can track the status of your delivery online.
